When will I receive my order?

Orders placed by 17:00 (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next working day. Any orders placed after 16:30 on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by an NVS courier.

How can I pay for my order?

You will receive an invoice from Virbac at the end of each month for orders placed.

I have placed an order - can I add or change something?

Orders cannot be amended once placed. For urgent assistance, please call us on 01359 243243. To add more items, simply place an additional order.

I have received my order but there are items missing - what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team via email orders@virbac.co.uk, stating your order number and item(s) missing.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Is there a delivery charge?

Virbac does not charge a delivery fee.
